I always believe , the best way to keep your thoughts , anger and emotions is to write it in journal . Aside from the fact that writing is an inescapable part of every day life, there are many good reasons you should make a good session of writing part of your daily routine, even if it’s just a few hundred words.


1. Releases stress from mind into paper

Writing our feelings into the paper is one of the best way to release it . Paper has more patience than human beings .

You can address your anger, fear, worry and stress without bludgeoning the person who embodies those emotions for you with a paperweight.


2. Know What You Want

You get to know about yourself when you write all your feelings in your journal . Part of the reason so many people do not get what they want in life is because they do not know what they want from it .

Writing each day gives you time to think carefully and reflect on what you want to achieve the most, and develop a clearer, achievable image and plan for that result.


3. Meet Yourself All Over Again

Letting words flow out of your brain unedited can introduce you to a part of yourself you’d been censoring from yourself to cope with everyday life.

Why did you start down the path you’re currently on? This is an important question whether you consider your current path to have begun on the weekend, or a decade ago.


4. A journal serves as a permanent record of our progress

Success can be quickly forgotten. And when it is, it becomes easy to get frustrated with our pursuit. As with any pursuit, there are times we may feel like we have not accomplished anything despite all the invested effort and energy.

During those moments, it is helpful to look back and be reminded of our past successes.


5. To help you solve problems faster

One of the most rewarding uses of your journal is problem-solving for your personal and professional life. Writing things out gives you the accurate perspective necessary to attract the right solutions.

Write down questions that you have about your problems. When you ask the right questions, you will get the right answers. In fact, you should take on an attitude of expectancy that you will find the answers.
