I am sure you all are aware from the names like Late Steve Jobs , Mark Zukerberg , Bill Gates , J.K. Rowling ………… and so on but have you ever thought what kept these people going in their respective chosen field . I will talk about this on Integrating mind, body and soul . An average person quit very easily (Practically saying) but what made them so special is worth reading in this post . I am going to discuss top 10 characteristics that will help you integrate your body , mind and soul so that your efficiency get furious……

 

1. Express Gratitude

Be thankful to Almighty for everything He has given to you . You can’t live a healthy and satisfied life    unless you express your gratitude to Him . I believe on His powers of balancing our sad and happy moments .

 

2. Exercise Regularly

I don’t understand how can we ignore the powers of our body . Just few minutes of our day and the body is not less than a machine which will perform all the works that you need to do .

 

3. Enough Sleep

Honestly saying , every person have their own sleeping habit but a minimum of 7 hours of sleeping  is mandatory if you want your mind , body and soul to work in coordination .

Sleeping helps mind and body to come in contact with inner soul .

 

4. Eat plenty of Greens

 Eat plenty of green and leafy vegetables to keep your body in shape .

5. Eat organic

 Chemicals are killing pests on the crops. They are not good for you either. Eating organic matter is going to help you a lot and it will help you to integrate mind , body and soul .

6. Do more yoga

Great for the body and mind. To  know it’s real importance just perform yoga for next 30 days and you will get to know what I am not going to tell you in this post( Mail me if you get some big result).

7. Smile more

It feels great . A sweet smile on your face keeps you in good mood and it also brightens others day .

8. Spend more time with loved ones

In our busy lives we need to make time for the people who matter to us most.

9. Live your passion

Just do what you love is going to fulfill your life and you will be able to live your life to the fullest .

10. Drink clean water

Get a filtration system for your drinking water. Fluoride is not good for your body. A healthy human body needs 8-10 glasses of water to filter all the flourine  from urine .
